📄 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and bbgl ("bbgl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bbgl.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bbgl platform — including all games, promotional features, customer support services, and payment facilities — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bbgl platform. Your continued use of bbgl constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 13 below.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bbgl's Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms that may apply to individual offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the bbgl platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering a bbgl account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bbgl platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Access to bbgl from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted may constitute a violation of local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bbgl is lawful in your jurisdiction. bbgl makes no representation that access to or use of the bbgl platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on bbgl:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, officers, or directors of bbgl or any of its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members living in the same household;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from bbgl or any PAGCOR-regulated platform;
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Persons whose accounts have been previously terminated by bbgl for cause.

👤 3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the bbgl platform, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on bbgl. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited. bbgl employs technical measures including device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended and their balances may be withheld pending investigation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, bbgl is legally required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals or when transaction thresholds specified by anti-money laundering regulations are reached. You may be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, voter's ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certification) dated within the last three months;
• Proof of ownership of payment methods used for deposits (e.g., GCash account screenshot, bank statement);
• Any additional documentation reasonably required to satisfy PAGCOR's AML compliance obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period requested by bbgl may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bbgl account credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or any account access credentials with any other person. bbgl will never request your password through any channel. Any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security are your sole responsibility. You must notify bbgl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

💳 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bbgl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your bbgl account balance upon confirmation of receipt. bbgl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name and verified to your bbgl account. bbgl reserves the right to reject deposits from unverified or third-party payment sources and to return funds to the originating account where technically possible.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your name that match your verified KYC details. bbgl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Minimum ₱200 — processed within 15 minutes on standard requests during operating hours;
• Online banking (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Minimum ₱500 — processed within 1–3 business days;
• InstaPay: Minimum ₱200 — processed within 1 hour on standard requests.

bbgl does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or when additional KYC verification is required. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification or ongoing fraud investigations.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bbgl are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). bbgl does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from your use of foreign-issued payment instruments are entirely your responsibility.

🎁 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits ("Bonuses") are available to eligible players as determined by bbgl at its sole discretion. Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses are available to verified players with a single account in good standing. Players may not receive Bonuses on accounts that are under investigation, restricted, or subject to self-exclusion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonuses awarded by bbgl are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet size, time limits, and any game contribution weightings applicable to each Bonus will be set out in that promotion's specific terms. As a general principle:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified — unused Bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the promotion period;
• Bets placed on restricted or excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements;
• Maximum bet restrictions apply during bonus wagering — exceeding these limits may result in forfeiture of the Bonus;
• bbgl reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus awarded in error or obtained through fraudulent means.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bbgl actively monitors for patterns of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated group play designed to exploit promotional offers, using Bonuses on low-risk or arbitrage betting patterns, opening multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, or any other conduct that bbgl reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of its promotional offers. bbgl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus and associated winnings where Bonus abuse is identified, and to suspend or terminate the player's account.

🎲 6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the bbgl platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. In the event of any conflict between general platform terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

6.2 Malfunctions & Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, bbgl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. bbgl shall not be liable for any losses, anticipated winnings, or claims arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the original wager amount.

6.3 Bet Limits

All games on bbgl have minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. bbgl reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Players who consistently place maximum bets with the intention of exploiting promotional offers may have their bet limits adjusted or their accounts reviewed in accordance with our Bonus policy.

6.4 Void Bets

bbgl reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, based on incorrect odds, or arising from a technical error. Bets placed after the close of a betting event (late bets) will be voided and the stake returned. Bets placed by ineligible players will be voided in their entirety.

🚫 7. Prohibited Conduct

By using bbgl, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one bbgl account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the bbgl platform in any way;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported to bbgl support immediately;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bbgl staff or other players through any channel;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or geo-restriction measure implemented by bbgl.

bbgl reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances where permitted by law, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or be logged out after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from bbgl for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. If you choose to self-exclude, bbgl will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that marketing communications to you are also suspended.

⛔ 9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by bbgl

bbgl reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, failed to complete required KYC verification, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any Philippine regulatory authority.

9.2 Termination by bbgl

bbgl may permanently terminate your account if: you have materially breached these Terms; you have provided fraudulent information; you are found to be ineligible to hold an account; or your continued use of the platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bbgl. Upon termination for cause, bbgl reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation, subject to applicable Philippine law.

9.3 Closure by Player

You may request to close your bbgl account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in a verified account in good standing will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under these Terms.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bbgl's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the bbgl platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bbgl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbgl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated winnings, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the bbgl platform.

bbgl makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits bbgl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by bbgl's negligence.

🎨 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bbgl platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of bbgl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bbgl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bbgl platform without bbgl's prior written consent.

🔒 12. Privacy & Data Protection

bbgl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on bbgl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

📝 13. Amendments to These Terms

bbgl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bbgl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the bbgl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into force. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 9.3.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact bbgl's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution mechanisms available under PAGCOR's regulatory framework or to the competent courts of the Philippines.
